K Kissend

Trust center

What we commit to — and what we will not overclaim.

Kissend is free, end-to-end encrypted 1:1 web chat with username-only identity — no phone number. Your number stays yours. This page states our commitments and honest limits.

Operational status

Service availability

Operational

We monitor the service and work to address disruptions. This is an operational message, not an uptime guarantee or SLA.

Messaging

Private 1:1 by design

End-to-end encrypted private conversations in the browser — username identity, no phone number, no social feed. Details on Security.

Honest limits

No fake guarantees

Recipients can still copy what they see. Lost devices and phishing still matter. We explain trade-offs instead of selling absolute safety.

What we commit to

  • Private one-to-one product shape — no groups, feeds, or contact scraping.
  • Username-only identity — a phone number is not required, so your real identity is not revealed through contact sync.
  • End-to-end encryption for private one-to-one conversations.
  • Clear pricing — Kissend is free today with no paid tiers. See pricing.
  • Transparent policies — Privacy and Terms stay readable.

What we cannot promise

No messenger removes every risk. Someone can photograph a screen, a device can be unlocked, and technical failures can happen. Soft screenshot deterrents in the UI are not OS-level blocks — combine with app lock and view-once when it matters.
